The first recipe! If you're an O.G you'll know I had this recipe up on a failed 'blog' that I had for about a week a few months back, but since no one saw it its practically a new recipe! I’m thinking of sharing some of my lazy/quick recipes that I have as I’m a student so I never really have the time to create an extraordinary meal (even though it’s awesome when I can) so usually my meals/recipes are thrown together/made on the spot! (Who can relate) so I wanted to share my version of ‘crusted’ tofu!

LAZY CHEESY TOFU

SERVES 3

INGREDIENTS:

300g Firm Tofu

1 Cup Unsweetened Plant Milk

Coating: 1/4 nutritional yeast

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dill

1 teaspoon oregano

METHOD: 1. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl and pour the plant based milk into another

2. Press your tofu and cut it into size/shape of choice (I went with wedges)

3. Dip each wedge into the milk and then into the dry mixture and coat on all sides (only coat once as it gets gluggy if you repeat)

4. Cook! I airfried mine which made them super crispy but baking and pan-frying will work just as well! — Super simple, super delicious 😋 (why isn’t there a tofu emoji?)

I hope you guys try it out! Its 1. super delicious and 2. super easy which I'm all about. As always If you'd like to be updated whenever I create a new post on here please subscribe to be notified when I upload a new recipe!
